As the company grows, it aims to strengthen the bridge between business needs, data, and product execution.
Missions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support product teams in prioritization and roadmap planning
- Define and track KPIs to measure product and business performance
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data availability and quality
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams
Tools & Environment
- SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools like Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
- Documentation tools (Notion, Confluence)
- Product & project management tools (Jira, Asana)

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data and defining business metrics
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data)
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
