<p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven <strong>Biotech Sales Representative</strong> to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales strategies.</p><p><strong>Work Location</strong></p><p> This role is primarily work-from-home. However, the successful candidate must be based in the Boston area, as the position requires regular local customer coverage, business development support, and occasional in-person meetings or events.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead Generation & Sales:</strong> Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company revenue and market expansion.</li><li><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.</li><li><strong>Strategic Partnerships:</strong> Develop and manage partnerships with relevant stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.</li><li><strong>Negotiation & Contracting:</strong> Negotiate deals, pricing structures, and contracts to maximize profitability.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.</li><li><strong>Performance Tracking:</strong> Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key business metrics.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Cell & Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics & Genomics, Immunology, Synthetic Biology, Environmental & Agricultural Biology, Life Sciences (for biotech/pharma), or a related field</li><li>Fluency in both English and Chinese is required</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills, Chinese bilingual skills are preferred</li><li>Proven ability to generate leads and close deals</li><li>Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software is preferred</li></ul><p></p>
