The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering expert services across multiple projects, encompassing operational planning, laboratory operations, training, biosafety, biosecurity, CBRN and solutions for a broad range of domestic clients and international partners, including the private sector, academic research institutions, US federal agencies, and international organizations. This role will require extensive travel (50%) but can be based remotely anywhere in the Continental United States. All Pond & Company positions require participation in at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process, and most roles also require in-person onboarding at a Pond office location; candidates for remote roles should expect to meet directly with our team and should be cautious of any communication suggesting otherwise.
