Banking Operations Specialist at AppleOne Glendale, CA

Responsible for performing the following day to day processes including processing related to Online Bill Pay Enrollment, Wire Enrollments and Online Banking Profile Account Maintenance Queue. Responsible for detection of suspected fraudulent activity using sound judgment, bank resources/tools, and following appropriate authentication procedures. Immediate escalation of fraud to Team Lead/Manager is required. Miscellaneous duties supporting Ops functions as needed.
