Assistant Project Manager | Landscape Design & CAD

<h5 style="line-height:1.28;margin:0pt 201.6pt 0pt 5pt;">About the Role</h5><p>We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a growing U.S.-based landscape renovation company focused on high-end outdoor remodeling projects.</p><p>This role combines project coordination, CAD/design support, proposal updates, and operational assistance throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to help keep projects organized, updated, and moving efficiently from planning to execution.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or landscape design who enjoy both technical and operational work in a fast-paced environment.</p><hr><h5>What You’ll Be Doing</h5><ul><li><p>Support project coordination and day-to-day operational tasks</p></li><li><p>Update and modify design plans using AutoCAD</p></li><li><p>Assist with project documentation, proposals, and technical reports</p></li><li><p>Review blueprints, grading plans, drainage layouts, and site drawings</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal teams and onsite crews</p></li><li><p>Help organize procurement and material-related documentation</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate project records and updates</p></li><li><p>Support project timelines and follow-ups across multiple initiatives</p></li></ul><hr><h5>What We’re Looking For</h5><ul><li><p>Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Landscape Design, or related fields</p></li><li><p>Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD (2D required / 3D is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in fast-paced, constantly changing environments</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills in English and Spanish</p></li><li><p>B2+ to C1 English level</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting projects, operations, or design coordination is highly preferred</p></li></ul><hr><h5>Nice to Have</h5><ul><li><p>Experience with landscaping, construction, outdoor remodeling, or architectural projects</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of grading plans, drainage layouts, or hardscape drawings</p></li><li><p>Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD platforms</p></li><li><p>Exposure to U.S.-based projects or clients</p></li></ul><hr><h5>What We Offer</h5><ul><li><p>Fully remote LATAM opportunity</p></li><li><p>Compensation in USD</p></li><li><p>Contractor model flexibility</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work with a growing U.S.-based company</p></li><li><p>Exposure to design, operations, and project coordination in real-world renovation projects</p></li></ul>
