Overview: Welo Data is looking for experienced quality reviewers to join a high-profile AI training data project in collaboration with one of the world’s leading voice AI platforms. As a Verifier, you will play a critical role in shaping the way AI understands and interacts with people globally by ensuring transcription accuracy and compliance with quality standards. What you will do: <ul> <li>Review short audio transcriptions (~5 seconds) for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.</li> <li>Approve accurate transcriptions or reject those requiring correction with clear, actionable feedback.</li> <li>Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.</li> <li>Support Analysts through constructive feedback to enhance overall quality.</li> <li>Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution. </li> </ul> Project Details: Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension Commitment: 10-20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks Job Type: Freelance Location: Remote (Switzerland) Language: German Pay Rate: $59.29/hour Requirements: <ul> <li>Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in German</li> <li>Language Skills: Exceptional written skills with expert-level command of grammar, punctuation, and style.</li> <li>Experience: Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or related fields.</li> <li>Attention to Detail: Strong critical eye for subtle errors in formatting and adherence to guidelines.</li> <li>Technical Setup: A reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.</li> <li>Constructive Feedback Skills: Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.</li> <li>Commitment to Learning: Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required.</li> <li>Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks. </li> </ul> Why Join Us?
