Application Developer – Encompass
Job Description:
- Expert in all aspects and configurations for enhancements and projects related to Webster Bank's Encompass Loan Origination System
- Support operational systems and deal with production issues along with driving root cause analysis
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
- Collaborator with IT and Business teams emphasizing timely and accurate communications
- Follow best practices, and release control process
- Participate in requirements analysis for small to medium projects
- Supports design, build and test planning phases for small and medium scope enhancements and projects
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of advanced Encompass configuration and administration experience required
- Certified Encompass Administrator upon hire required
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a directly related field or equivalent required
