As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Customer Implementation team.</p><hr><h3 style="text-align:center;"><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Customer Implementation Consultant</strong> to join our team remotely in the APAC region.</p><p>In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of the YOOBIC platform for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. You’ll act as a <strong>project manager, consultant, and platform expert</strong>, working closely with clients across different industries.</p><hr><h3 style="text-align:center;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of the YOOBIC platform</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines</li><li>Work closely with clients to ensure smooth delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Client Consulting</strong></p><ul><li>Understand client business processes, needs, and challenges</li><li>Advise on best practices and change management</li><li>Help design strategies for long-term adoption and success</li></ul><p><strong>Platform Configuration</strong></p><ul><li>Set up and customize the YOOBIC platform for each client</li><li>Ensure the solution aligns with client goals and workflows</li><li>Provide guidance on how to maximize platform value</li></ul><p><strong>Workshops & Training</strong></p><ul><li>Lead workshops on best practices (change management, process improvement, etc.)</li><li>Train key users, including admins and leadership teams</li></ul><p><strong>Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders</li><li>Follow up regularly on client progress and performance</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and growth</li></ul><hr><h3 style="text-align:center;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li style="text-align:center;"><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in project management (implementation or consulting in software/SaaS)</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Google Workspace tools</strong></li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment</li><li>Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills</li><li>Passion for technology, startups, and innovation</li><li><strong>Fluent or native-level English</strong></li></ul><hr><h3 style="text-align:center;"><strong>Why This Role is Exciting</strong></h3><ul><li>Work with global clients across multiple industries</li><li>Play a key role in delivering impactful digital solutions</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success)</li><li>Fully remote opportunity within the APAC region</li></ul><p></p>
