Analyst, Partner Service Project Admin

Job Description:

  • Serve as operational and leadership backup as needed to support continuity of work
  • Assist with daily team assignments and workload coordination during leadership absences
  • Help navigate escalations by gathering details, coordinating stakeholders, and driving resolution
  • Support leadership decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations
  • Own and support the execution of internal and external partner-focused projects from intake through completion
  • Manage project initiation, requirements analysis, planning, construction, and transition
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, identifying resources and potential roadblocks
  • Support the development and updating of processes, procedures, and training documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4 years of customer service experience with large Employers, Partners, Vendors
  • 4 years of HSA Bank experience is preferred or like experience with products suite we offer
  • 2 years’ project management experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management and task coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
