Analyst, Partner Service Project Admin
Job Description:
- Serve as operational and leadership backup as needed to support continuity of work
- Assist with daily team assignments and workload coordination during leadership absences
- Help navigate escalations by gathering details, coordinating stakeholders, and driving resolution
- Support leadership decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations
- Own and support the execution of internal and external partner-focused projects from intake through completion
- Manage project initiation, requirements analysis, planning, construction, and transition
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
- Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, identifying resources and potential roadblocks
- Support the development and updating of processes, procedures, and training documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of customer service experience with large Employers, Partners, Vendors
- 4 years of HSA Bank experience is preferred or like experience with products suite we offer
- 2 years’ project management experience
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management and task coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
