Airbnb Co-Host & Executive Assistant Position
Position Overview
This role combines Airbnb co-hosting responsibilities with personal/executive assistant duties for the owners of Lila Luxury Stays.
You will help oversee property operations, maintain high guest experience standards, assist with supply management, coordinate maintenance, and support the owners with various daily business tasks.
Responsibilities
Property & Co-Hosting Duties
- Conduct property inspections and quality-control checks
- Shop for and restock Airbnb supplies as needed
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Communicate with cleaners and ensure properties are guest-ready
- Assist with guest communication and issue resolution
- Report damages, missing items, or concerns immediately
- Ensure all properties meet Lila Luxury Stays standards
- Help monitor turnovers and same-day cleanings
Executive Assistant Duties
- Assist owners with day-to-day business tasks
- Run occasional errands
- Help organize schedules and appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Communicate updates clearly and consistently
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to follow directions carefully
- Must be organized and proactive
- Comfortable using a smartphone and apps
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Previous Airbnb, hospitality, property management, or assistant experience is a plus
- Flexible availability preferred, including occasional evenings/weekends when needed
