This is a junior, hands-on role focused on content production, <em>scheduling</em>, community <em>support</em>, and reporting within a structured social media strategy.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with creating and <em>scheduling</em> social content using <em>AI</em> tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adapt <em>AI</em>-generated content to match brand tone and platform requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain the social media content calendar and posting schedules</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track performance metrics and <em>support</em> reporting on engagement and growth</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Support</em> the Social Media Manager with campaign execution and admin tasks</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience supporting social media accounts or content production</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience using <em>AI</em> tools for writing, ideation, or content adaptation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Prior experience working remotely is mandatory</strong>, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working with repetitive workflows and content schedules</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience using social media <em>scheduling</em> tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in growing into a Social Media Manager role</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>AI</em> Tools: ChatGPT, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Copy.ai">Copy.<em>ai</em></a>, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Scheduling</em> & Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.</p>
