Integrated Components is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This position includes clerical support, creating purchase orders, receiving materials, shipping parts, and assisting with daily office and production-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments
- Prepare and ship outgoing parts and products
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office support
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Manufacturing or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
