Integrated Components is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This position includes clerical support, creating purchase orders, receiving materials, shipping parts, and assisting with daily office and production-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments
  • Prepare and ship outgoing parts and products
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general office support
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Manufacturing or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
