• Review and reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and track collection efforts for past-due accounts
• Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues
• Prepare and submit invoices and statements to customers
• Analyze and report on accounts receivable data and trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and collections strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts and collection activities
• Utilize various software and systems for account management and reporting
