We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.</span></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>Our team’s purpose:</p> <p>Providing maximum <strong>business value</strong> to our <strong>B2B clients</strong> by nurturing <strong>long-term relationships</strong> and driving internal account<strong> ownership</strong>, as a result being the ultimate <strong>revenue growth driver</strong> of our company. </p> <p>Our team’s Mission: </p> To become the <strong>trusted advisors</strong> for our <strong>B2B clients</strong> that rely on <strong>big data</strong> for their success by applying <strong>Strategic Account Management</strong> best practices and <strong>expertise</strong>.<p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Your day-to-day:</b><ul> <li> <p>Own the success of our business customers of various sizes;</p> </li> <li> <p>Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we are maximizing their business value;</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated customer portfolio;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment;</p> </li> <li> <p>Work on customer agreements and renewals;</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage your opportunity pipeline and at-risk accounts;</p> </li> <li> <p>Engage in Strategic Account Management activities;</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactively identify team process improvements and contribute to projects to refine it;</p> </li> <li> <p>Go on business trips and visiting your clients (when applicable).</p> </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Your skills & experiences:</b><div> <ul> <li> <p>Several years of experience leading customer engagements with a proven track record of delivering positive results for customers;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;</p> </li> <li> <p>Creativity and an out-of-the-box thinking approach;</p> </li> <li> <p>Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Nice to have:</b><div> <ul> <li>Experience working with international B2B clients;</li> <li> <p>Prior experience in the technology sector;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strategic Account Management experience.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Salary:</b><div> <ul> <li><strong>Gross salary:</strong> 11000-19000 PLN/month + bonuses.
