Account Manager - Mass Channel
Seeking a relationship-driven, full-time Account Manager - Mass Channel, the candidate will manage a portfolio of retail accounts, drive customer retention and revenue growth, and lead a team of Sales Coordinators in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders while managing account retention and satisfaction Analyze sales data and market trends to inform account strategy and secure new item distribution across channels Plan and execute trade spend and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with profitability standards and retailer calendars Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience managing retail accounts in CPG, beauty, or consumer products, with familiarity in major retail channels Analytical mindset with experience using syndicated data tools and evaluating trade spend ROI Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with retail buyers and category managers Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring junior team members effectively
