Academic Advisor – Master’s in Education (Part-Time)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Academic Advisor specializing in Master’s in Education programs to join our vibrant academic community.
The candidates must be Bilingual professional (English-Spanish), graduated in the United States and/or with experience in the American educational system (High School or K–12 Education).
Main Responsibilities
- Support the organization of webinars, workshops, and virtual events aimed at teachers and educational leaders.
- Collaborate on strategies to promote the Master’s in Education program among Hispanic and bilingual educators.
- Participate as an academic liaison in educational leadership activities and professional networking events.
- Recommend current and innovative topics in education, educational leadership, AI in education, and classroom technology.
- Assist in identifying schools, districts, educational associations, and potential partnerships.
- Work closely with Faculty Leads, Marketing, and Admissions teams to strengthen the program’s presence.
- Occasionally participate as a speaker or moderator in institutional webinars.
- Provide guidance on trends in the U.S. educational system and the needs of the teaching market.
Desired Profile
- Background in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related fields.
- Experience in High School, K–12, or educational institutions in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong ability to connect with teachers, coordinators, and educational leaders.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Strategic Objective of the Role
To strengthen the reach and positioning of Atlantis University’s Master’s in Education program within Hispanic and bilingual educational communities through virtual academic activities, educational leadership, and professional relationship-building.
